Peelander-Z launches a five-show attack on SXSW this March.

For the uninitiated, I have one piece of advice regarding SXSW Music. Realize right now that there’s no chance in hell you’ll get to half of the shows you want to see. Trying to comprehend the number of shows (let alone the number of shows you really, really, really want to see) is like trying to reconcile the scale of the universe and your relative insignificance within it. You just don’t have the ram.

You also don’t have the time. What with the day drinking, impromptu parties, people watching, giant-slice-of-pizza consuming, stumbling into clubs you didn’t know existed, horns throwing and compulsive caffeine dosing, there’s a lot to do to say the least.

Still, as busy as you’re going to be, I guarantee that Peelander-Z will be busier.
